At Dove's Nest Music Studio, I am focused on providing quality music instruction in a private (or small group) setting that best suits your needs.
I am a professional teacher/performer with over 30 years experience in both Canada and the United States. I have taught in both elementary and high schools. My private students range in age from 4 to 80+ years old.
I bring patience, fun and the joy of learning music to every lesson.
Whether you want to supplement school playing, learn a new instrument, prepare for RCM exams or university auditions - I can help! Many of my past students have gone on to become music teachers and/or performers themselves!
I can customize lessons to suit your needs!
My younger beginners play for fun and to learn the basics of music.
Some of my students work toward achievements such as RCM exams, festival performances and university auditions.
Others take lessons for fun and the pure enjoyment of being able to play
or to supplement school playing.
My older beginners are enjoying being able to learn an instrument they have always wanted to play.
All ages are welcome - from 4 to 104!
